Budtender

As a Green Duck Budtender, you will be the face of our shop, providing exceptional customer service and guidance to our clients. You will assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences, educate them on our products, and ensure a positive and informative shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the dispensary.
Educate customers about Delta-9 THC products, CBD products, and their effects.
Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new products and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized store.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

E-commerce Associate

As Green Duck’s e-commerce associate, you will monitor our online shopping experience, answer patron questions, and pack and ship products.

Responsibilities:

Inspecting shopping pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent e-commerce systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the rollout of website changes.
Inspecting and communicating with customers over product reviews.
Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and stock requirements.
Packing and shipping orders.
Communicating with USPS and UPS for pickups and deliveries.
Ordering shipping supplies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Detail-oriented.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
